ESF enclosures, designed to combine structural rigidity and close tolerances with simplicity of construction, are built to customer specifications. There is no limit on rack size, spacing, special holes and hardware, backplane or connector mounting. Enclosures are delivered fully assembled and ready for production use. ESF can also assemble other components into your enclosures with our value-added assembly service.

To speed the design-to-manufacture process, ESF can work directly from CAD file data, with or without support drawings. System software includes Graftek GMS, Pro/Engineer, AutoCAD, IGES and DXF.

ESF also provides a free card enclosure value analysis for users. Send us a sketch, print or sample rack and ESF engineers will review the design for structural integrity and tolerance requirements. Computer-aided design services and file exchange also are available.
