Progressive, high-quality sheet metal fabricator is seeking qualified candidates to join our paint department.

Responsibilities:

• Include the application of high-quality liquid paint finishes
• Using HVLP spray equipment with a pressure pot
• Parts are coated with smooth or textured finishes using two-component polyurethane and water-based paints
• We have two dry filter booths with air makeup systems. Parts are processed on an overhead conveyor line that transports the painted parts to a large 2 zone electric curing oven.

Requirements:

• 1 or more years of spray painting experience is required
• Familiarity with operating HVLP equipment, paint mixing procedures, and production painting in a high-quality environment is desired
• Ideal candidates must possess a great work ethic, a desire to produce a quality product, and a willingness to be a team player in a dynamic, flexible work environment

We are conveniently located in Topton, PA just outside of Kutztown in a 125,000 sq. ft. climate-controlled, modern facility that boasts a clean and safe environment.
