Complex forming and bending operations are easily handled at ESF with the help of 18 bending brakes, including our four Flagship Cincinnati Autoform CNC machines with a capacity of up to 135 tons. These state-of-the-art machines adjust tonnage on the fly, allowing multiple bends on single parts with consistent close tolerance. Our new easy slide-in tooling is hydraulically clamped to reduce setup times, resulting in significant cost savings for our customers.
The Americor 4 roll plate roll allows us to create cylindrical parts, like tubes, pipes, cylinders, and rings, from a variety of materials including stainless steel, steel, aluminum, copper, brass, perforated metals, and more.
Our capabilities include welding, grinding, and a variety of finishing options including anodizing, paint, powder coat, zinc plating, and more.
We are able to produce rolls up to five feet wide, ¼” thick, and 6” in diameter or larger.
