

Bill joined ESF in 1982 as Corporate Controller and has also held the role of Vice President of Operations, bringing decades of experience in financial strategy and operational excellence to the company.
A graduate of the University of Notre Dame, he began his career as a CPA with KPMG (formerly Peat, Marwick & Mitchell) in New York City.
Over the years, Bill has actively contributed to his community, serving on the Board of Trustees at DeSales University and the Board of Directors at Allentown Central Catholic High School.
At ESF, he is dedicated to advancing long-term strategic growth, driving business development, investing in state-of-the-art equipment and technology, and building a team of committed professionals who share a passion for excellence.


Dave is the Vice President of Operations; he has a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from Temple University School of Pharmacy. Before joining Electro-Space Dave held positions as a Pharmacy Manager, Pharmacy District Manager, and Regional Operations Manager for a retail Pharmacy chain.
Dave brings over 30 years of operational experience to Electro-Space. He is focused on building a dynamic team that embraces the company’s core values and demonstrates their ability to adapt to changing circumstances, collaborate effectively, and consistently deliver high-quality results. A seasoned professional with a commitment to delivering on Electro-Space’s brand promise to their customers by aligning people, processes and capabilities.


Mark has been a vital part of ESF since 1980, beginning his career on the manufacturing floor. His dedication and expertise have seen him rise through the ranks, from Foreman and Supervisor to Sales Engineer, and now, Vice President of Sales. With over four decades of experience in metal fabrication, Mark possesses a deep well of knowledge that he loves to share with his customers. His friendly demeanor and ability to quickly build trust make him an invaluable resource. Mark and his sales team are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and project management. They excel in value analysis of designs, offering insightful recommendations and best manufacturing practices to help customers achieve the highest quality products. This dedication ensures mutual success and lasting partnerships.


John has been in the manufacturing industry for over 30 years. He has previously held the positions of VP of Operations and VP of Manufacturing during his career. His responsibilities have included Engineering, Programming, Estimating, Purchasing, Inventory, Shop floor, Equipment purchases, ERP Implementation and Project Management. John enjoys being involved in process improvement, helping customers value-engineer their parts to be manufactured more efficiently, therefore reducing their costs.


Daniel Miller is the Controller for ESF. His passion for accounting started 35 years ago when he took his first accounting class. Since then, he earned his bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a CPA license. He worked in public accounting and with private manufacturing companies within the agricultural equipment, plastic manufacturing, and metal fabrication industries. In all of the companies he worked for, he succeeded in creating pathways to move toward growth within changing industries.
