With our fleet of bending brakes, including four Flagship Cincinnati Autoform CNC machines with a capacity of up to 135 tons, complex forming operations are a breeze. Our state-of-the-art machines adjust tonnage on the fly, which allows multiple bends on single parts with consistent, close tolerances. Our quick-change precision tooling is hydraulically clamped to reduce setup times, resulting in significant cost savings. ESF also has specialized software to assist you during your design process to confirm the feasibility of forming features and other DFM activities. Our Americor 4-roll plate roll bending machine allows us to create cylindrical parts, like tubes, pipes, cylinders, and rings, from a variety of materials including steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, brass, perforated metals, and more.
Unparalleled Flattening / Leveling
ESF’s New FlatMaster® Precision Leveling machine produces flat and leveled sheets and plates – up to 65” wide and .59” thick – as well as punched, stamped, laser and plasma cut parts almost entirely free of internal stresses.
Dead flat parts are often critical to the optimal functionality of our customer’s equipment. Parts with significant perforations can be efficiently leveled and stress relieved. For sheet metal parts that are machined, starting with flat and stress relieved material is critical to be able to maintain precise counterboring, countersinking and other plunge cutting dimensions.
