PEM  has recognized our proven commitment with a proven commitment to quality, engineering excellence, customer satisfaction, operational stability, and the continued use of PEM fastening solutions. ESF has demonstrated those qualities and earned formal acceptance into the program, giving our customers another reason to trust the work coming out of our facility.

What the partnership means for customers

PEM’s fastening hardware shows up across a wide range of manufacturing work, and as a partner we can now build those solutions directly into the fabrication process. In practice, that means more of a job gets finished under one roof instead of moving between vendors. Fewer handoffs, fewer parts waiting on a second operation somewhere else.

The partnership also puts ESF in front of design engineers who are already specifying PEM hardware and looking for a fabricator who knows how to work with it. Along with that come referral opportunities, collaboration with the PEM team, and early access to new PEM products and services as they roll out.

Building on recent investments

The PEM partnership follows the same pattern as our recent equipment purchases. New laser cutting and edge-breaking technology expanded our capacity, tightened part-to-part consistency, and made us competitive on jobs we previously would have passed on. The PEM partnership adds depth on the fastening side of the same work.

The point of all of it is a shorter, cleaner path from design to finished part, with fewer suppliers in between.
